It’s not just "’til death do you part"—a temple sealing is a covenant that binds husband and wife (and their future children) together for eternity.
A Temple Sealing is our way of being married not just for this life, but for eternity. In temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, couples can be sealed by God’s authority through covenant so that their marriage and family bonds continue after death.
To us, it means that love isn’t temporary—it’s forever. It’s the promise that we’ll still be husband and wife in heaven, and that our children and family can be with us for eternity too. It’s one of the most meaningful parts of our faith, because it reminds us that the relationships we treasure most don’t have to end, but can keep growing stronger forever.
Absolutely! Children are unable to attend the Temple Sealing but would love to have them join us directly after and for the rest of the days festivities.

Yes, we have an Amazon Registry. Because both of us are older we have ALL of the basics that most younger newly weds do not have. The things listed on our registry are exactly the the things we need, or have on our personal birthday wish lists. This is why we also suggest cash or Venmo or gift cards if you wish help us with a gift. Thank you!
We will miss you! Temple Sealings are not allowed to be live streamed. However if you know someone who is attending you can have them facetime you when we do our ring ceremony. Otherwise be on the lookout for our Facebook post!
Please Contact Brent Meservy (907)651-8147 with any questions you may have - he is often more capable of taking a phone call or getting back to you via text. (Jessica's inbox gets very full and things get lost but she loves you and looks forward to seeing you soon!)
